Our chef uses only the freshest locally sourced ingredients much of which is grown and raised by us. We have a small exclusive wine list featuring our pick of local Tasmanian cool climate wines to accompany our menu. The restaurant is open to in-house guests with a ‘chefs choice’ menu ($85 per person includes a glass of Tasmanian sparkling) available from Thursday to Saturday (other nights please enquire). A delicious shared platter is available Sunday to Wednesday to be enjoyed in your room ($35pp). We are open to the general public every Saturday evening (week nights please enquire).
